Get Pre-Approved: Getting a pre-qualification will give you a better understanding of what you can afford in the Long Island market conditions. Since we are currently keeping our social distancing from others you can do all this from your own home. Organize your financial documents, as w-2s, 1099s, tax returns and your credit report then connect with a mortgage representative. Virtually connect with a Long Island real estate agent: Today more than ever it’s very important to connect with a knowledgeable and honest real estate professional to move quickly when the time is right.
