How will the Covid-19 Virus Impact Long Island Real Estate

Currently, life as we know it is at a standstill. It is hard to predict how the future of Lond Island Real Estate will react to the Covid-19 Virus.  A lot of people have their opinions on how the future will be, all I have is for the best hope possible.  Since I can’t just sit home, I’m quarantined in office trying to help whoever I can. With this health and financial craziness going on, buyers and sellers that are under contract are 2nd guessing their future move. I’m here to calm whatever doubt and fear they may have. As time goes on I will add more information to this page as I find it.
