As a lifetime resident, his knowledge of the Long Island real estate market is second to none. Before establishing Cordeira Homes, he was an associate broker at Century 21, winning multiple awards including the prestigious Diamond Master’s Program. Prior to becoming a Long Island real estate broker, he had an extensive background in property management at one of New York City’s preeminent firms.
A licensed broker in the state of New York, John is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York State MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and the Long Island MLS. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Psychology from Hofstra University and received formal real estate training from the Long Island School of Real Estate. John grew up in East Meadow and resides in Massapequa Park with his wife and a young son and daughter.
