5 Star Review from a Seller I Represented

After deciding to sell my house I interviewed 3 agents including John. I felt the most comfortable with John and felt he was very knowledgeable and did his homework before the interview knowing all about comps in the area and recent sales. His suggestion on what to list the house for was right on point. Not too high and not too low. Also what I really liked was that if I called him he would almost always answer and if I did have to leave a voicemail he would get back to me in a matter of no time. That goes the same with emails and text messages. I listed my house for sale in a slow season but in a matter of 4 months I was in contract. So happy I went with my gut. I have no regrets.
